We love Alternative Break groups

Does your college have an Alternative Break program? We would love to host your group during your spring, winter or summer breaks!

Since it takes weeks of training to properly feed and care for the animals, Alternative Break groups typically help with construction or other projects that they can start right in on.

Here is a great video done by the University of Maine ASB group after volunteering with us in 2012:

  • Hello, my name is Riley Krieg and I am the student director of ASB at the University of Kentucky. I am so excited to be in this position and contact all of the community partners ASB will be working with this year.

UKASB has worked with your organization over the past couple years and our students come back with only good things to say about their experience. I know both of my site leaders this year are so excited for this trip.

With that said, UKASB is beginning their registration process with their community partners. I am contacting you to see if Forest Animal Rescue has the capacity to host a group of about 15 individuals from March 12th-16th, 2018.

Please let me know if this is a possibility and how I can move forward.

    Sincerely,
    Riley Krieg
