Hi there!
My name is Eleanor Nilson and I started a volunteering program with the animal shelters and humane societies around Ocala called A Helping Howl. We collect donations of food, toys, treats, and many other care products for animals. We also provide volunteers to the shelters to help out with the animals. We were wondering if you would like to partner with us or if we could offer our services to you in any way. Please email me back with what you think. I look forward to hearing from you!
Thank you for your time,
Eleanor Nilson
Thank you for helping a howl!
We’re only a howl away!
Eleanor, Thank you! I will email you to see how we can work together.
Hello,
I was wondering if you could find a use for any of the items that are being made for the Australian wild fire animals, like the bat wraps, or kangaroo pouches? They have told crafters to stop making items while they take inventory. They are essentially pouches made from cotton, or natural fibers. If you google Australia kangaroo pouch or Australia bat wrap, you’ll see the items that are being made.
All the best
Thank you so much for offering! We have been thinking about it and honestly can’t figure out a way to use those items. Have you tried contacting places that rehabilitate native wildlife like opossums?
